Dependance Villa with unique SEA VIEW with direct and private access to the Sea in Ansedonia The villa is available from the 6th of MAY to the 14th of June, and the price is € 900 per week The price is referred to the single week "Il Fanalino" is the outbuilding of a large villa from the 1950s right on the sea. The location is unique and with a private passage you go down to the sea in a splendid cove. The "Fanalino" is built in stone on the rock. It consists of two rooms with air conditioning, a complete kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The main room has a double bed while the second room has a sofa and a table for dining at home. In front of the house there is a beautiful terrace sheltered by a bamboo pergola. Below is a large table which is ideal for al fresco dining. The roof of the villa is a solarium, a large terrace in light blue tiles furnished with sun loungers. From a window you can see the island of Formica di Burano in the sea, two kilometers away from the coast. From the terrace in front of the house there is a staircase that takes you directly to the cliff, just below the house with a sunbathing area. A few meters away you will find an underwater cave and a small stack. When you arrive you can park your car in a private space closed by a gate. Guest access A peculiarity of Ansedonia is its tranquillity, and we recommend everyone to commit themselves to maintaining this rare privilege. The type of construction, and the sheer rocks, are not suitable for small children.

Area

In a few minutes on foot, you can reach the Tagliata beach with excellent facilities. Alternatively, with a five-minute drive or a half-hour walk, you can reach the Feniglia beach, which connects Ansedonia with Porto Ercole. Ansedonia is 137 km away from Rome, which can be covered in just over an hour and a half, one hour and twenty minutes from Siena, half an hour from Tarquinia, ten minutes from Orbetello, a charming town rich in shops, restaurants, cinemas, pharmacies, churches, and supermarkets. In 20 minutes by car, you can reach Porto Ercole with the 'marina' of Cala Galera and Porto Santo Stefano. Pleasant destinations also include the Giglio Island and the port of Talamone. The picturesque fortress of Capalbio is 15 minutes away. The Saturnia thermal baths, famous for their sulphurous waters and mud, are 40 minutes away. The nearest train stations are Capalbio Scalo station to the south, a 10-minute drive, and Orbetello-Monte Argentario station to the north, also 10 minutes away. Both stations are on the same railway line connecting Rome to Genoa. Orbetello station is also served by a high-speed train, while only regional trains stop at Capalbio station.
